BCEO would accept under Ditch Petition w/conditions:
1) Holiday Inn to mow grass, state within petition agreement
2) BCEO requires access easements (Allen & Parking Lot), access to detention basin and parking lot reservation for Vactor Truck
3) Ditch Petition is only for Regional Detention, state this within petition agreement.
4) Detention Basin side slopes not to excee 3:1
5) 60" Storm pipe to be ADS N-12 HP, Original ADS N-12 alternate
6) Coordinate design of StormTech chambers with Bressler. Request isolator row(s) otherwise BCEO worried about maintenance.
7) Factor water table elevation into design of the StormTech system.
8) Provide underdrain system within the bottom of the detention basin. Concerned about wetness due to high water table in the area. BCEO experience has not been good.
